Progress Tracking manager
The Accountability Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients and trainers within the organization are consistently meeting their goals, objectives, and performance standards.
Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with department heads and teams to establish clear and achievable goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track progress toward established goals and objectives, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and challenges.
- Provide regular and constructive feedback to team members, offering coaching and support as needed.
- Ensure that individuals and teams take ownership of their responsibilities and are held accountable for their actions and outcomes.
- Implement accountability systems and mechanisms, such as regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Prepare and present regular reports on goal progress to senior management.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of accountability processes and make adjustments as needed.

Salary:-
Rs. 25,000 per month (CONSTANT) + INCENTIVES*
Working Hours:-
Monday - Saturday; FULL TIME (8-10 HOURS)
